VTT (WebVTT) Converters

The web standard for subtitle and caption tracks in HTML5 video. It opens with a WEBVTT header line and uses a period as the timestamp separator (00:00:01.500) instead of a comma. Required by browsers' native <track> element and accepted for manual caption upload on YouTube and Vimeo.
