Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes meeting recording and a monthly allowance of AI summaries with action items — no credit card required. The full transcript view comes with Pro. Recordings are stored encrypted in your MeetWave account.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New users get a 14-day free trial of the full Pro plan, including all summary types and role-based customization. No credit card is required to start the trial, and every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Can I cancel my subscription? What about refunds?
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you were charged in error or hit a material service disruption, request a refund at admin@meetwave.io within 14 days of the charge — requests are reviewed case by case, and Paddle, our Merchant of Record, handles the processing.
What are credits, and can I get them refunded?
Credits pay for the paid extras of the free online tools — a YouTube video summary after the free one, the rest of a long audio file, meeting notes from a transcript. They are a one-time purchase, never expire and are shared by every tool; packs start at $3 for 20 credits, and Pro and Pro+ include the tools. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email support@meetwave.io.
