Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes meeting recording, transcription, and a monthly allowance of AI summaries — no credit card required. Recordings are stored locally on your machine and are never limited.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New users get a 14-day free trial of the full Pro plan, including all summary types and role-based customization. No credit card is required to start the trial, and every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Can I cancel my subscription? What about refunds?
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you were charged in error or hit a material service disruption, request a refund at admin@meetwave.io within 14 days of the charge — requests are reviewed case by case, and Paddle, our Merchant of Record, handles the processing.
