What MeetWave Does
MeetWave is an AI meeting intelligence tool for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and any other call — on Windows through a desktop app that captures system audio directly, or through a Chrome extension that works on any operating system with a Chromium browser. It transcribes the conversation using Whisper-based AI and turns it into structured summaries, action items, and 15+ analysis types tailored to the kind of meeting it was.
Why Privacy-First
No bot joins the call, the user starts the recording, and the data stays under their control. That is a deliberate choice, not a feature bullet point: a visible bot changes what people say in a meeting, and cloud-only storage is a structural problem for anyone in a regulated industry or handling sensitive conversations. MeetWave records at the system-audio level instead of joining as a participant, and stores summaries locally on the user's machine.
Who's Behind It
