Record your meeting tab — get notes in minutes
No install. No account. No bot joins the call.
- 1Pick the tab with your call.
- 2Keep Share tab audio on.
- 3Talk. Stop when you're done.
Using the Zoom or Teams app? Pick Entire screen and turn on Share system audio.
- You're recording everyone on this call. Let them know — a line in the chat is enough.
- Headphones give cleaner notes.
- Your audio is uploaded to MeetWave and transcribed on our servers to write your notes. The audio is deleted as soon as it's transcribed; unsaved notes are deleted within 48 hours. Save the meeting to keep the notes in your account. Your meetings are never used to train AI models.
How It Works
Step 1
Pick the tab with your call
Press Start recording and choose the tab where the meeting runs. Keep "Share tab audio" on — that is how the page hears the call.
Step 2
Talk as usual
Switch back to your call. Your microphone is added if you allow it, so your own voice is in the notes too. Nobody else sees a recorder.
Step 3
Stop and get notes
Press Stop & get notes, or stop sharing from the browser bar. A few minutes later you have the summary and the action items.
