What we agreed
- The launch moves from November 20 to December 4; the date change adds no fee.
- Spanish content will cover five pages—home, new patient, emergency dental care, insurance and payment options, and booking and contact—for $3,900. The full-site option and machine-translation plugin were not selected.
- The Spanish-page fee follows the main contract’s payment terms: half when the change order is signed and half at launch.
- Spanish booking confirmations will be in Spanish. Clinic pages will include a “hablamos español” badge for clinics with Spanish-speaking staff.
- The December 4 launch depends on receiving the Appointly credentials and five service-page texts by the agreed dates below.
